1. Who we are
eSIMora sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans online. Seller details are listed on our Imprint page.
2. Our service
Each plan gives a set amount of mobile data (or unlimited data where stated) in the listed country or region for the listed number of days. Data is provided by local partner networks; speed and coverage depend on the local network.
3. Your device
You are responsible for checking that your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM before buying. See our phone compatibility checker.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes. Prices in other currencies are estimates; you are charged in euro. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
5. Delivery
Your eSIM QR code is shown right after payment and sent to the email you provide. In rare cases delivery can take longer; we will contact you if so.
6. Validity
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, unless the plan states otherwise. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
7. Fair use
Plans are for personal use. Unlimited plans may be slowed after heavy daily use, as set by the partner network.
8. Refunds

9. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, incompatible devices or incorrect installation, to the extent allowed by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
