eSIM install guide

Get connected in 2 minutes.

Follow these steps with the QR code or manual code from your order.

    Connect to Wi-Fi

    Install before you travel, while you have a stable internet connection.

    Open Settings → Mobile Data

    On some models it's called Cellular. Tap Add eSIM (or Add Data Plan).

    Scan the QR code

    Choose Use QR Code and scan the code from your order page or email. No camera? Tap Enter Details Manually and paste the manual code.

    Label your eSIM

    Name it “eSIMora Travel” so it's easy to recognise. Keep your main SIM as the default line for calls.

    Choose it for mobile data

    In Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data, select eSIMora Travel. Turn off Allow Mobile Data Switching.

    Turn on Data Roaming on arrival

    Settings → Mobile Data → eSIMora Travel → turn on Data Roaming. Your plan starts once it connects.

Good to know

  • A QR code can usually be installed only once — don't delete the eSIM after installing.
  • Your phone must be unlocked and support eSIM.
