What we collect
Your email address, name (if given), the plan you buy and payment details. Card details are handled by our payment partner, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To deliver your eSIM, send order and support messages, prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting rules.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments and tax), our eSIM network supplier (to activate your eSIM), and our email provider. We never sell your data.
AI Advisor
Text you type into the AI Advisor is sent to an AI service to generate plan suggestions. Please don't enter personal details there.
Storage
We only save your currency choice in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years in Luxembourg).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
